Question from Steve L: Asked on 02/12/2008 Will the speed of the processor in the 912 model (T5750) be noticeably faster than the 798 (T5550) version for memory intensive database/spreadsheet applications

Answer from SteveF: Answered on 03/12/2008
Not really, ones a 2ghz the other a 1.83 so you'll be hard pressed to tell any difference.

Question from David: Asked on 01/12/2008 Would this laptop be suitable for editing vodeo camera footage.

Answer from SteveF: Answered on 02/12/2008
It would do the basics but I would suggest getting a slightly higher model with a dedicated graphics card of at least 256mb. The card deals with the graphical strain put on the laptop from video editing and leaves the system resources to do other jobs.
