simon: At the end of the email I stated ITunes is a free download. By this I mean you would need to download it (not included). I included a list of all the programs on the computer so not listed such as iPhoto wouldn't be included.

vicki: it really depends on whether the software is multi licenced. If so then you should be able to transfer the software from one laptop to the other. The operating systems are iddentical.
