Yes to all apart from the dvds as it doesn't have a dvd drive. But you can but these as an accessory and plug it in via usb.

Its got linux as the operating system which means you can have open office on there which is very similar to the micorsoft equivalent and is compatible when it comes to sharing files.

It does have a usb port so the Netbook will accept items that use USB ports. You would need to check with the dongle manufacturer to make sure of the requirements for that stick though.
