Question from ALB: Asked on 04/02/2009 Hi is this an upgrade pack for users who already have the F-Secure Internet Security software? I'm buying a new laptop that currently has no anti-virus software and was wondering if this is suitable. Thanks.

He does not own a computer at the moment and I would like to ask a few questions on his behalf.
1. Does the laptop come complete with mains connection.
2. ..and with a charger.
3. ..and with a carry case
4. Is any software included in the purchase price e.g Microsoft Office?
5. .. and Internet security.
6. If not can you pre-load such programs before despatch.
