Question from shirleym255: Asked on 08/07/2010 I've heard bad news about integrated graphics what exactly does it mean and how will it affect this machines performance?

Answer from simon: Answered on 09/07/2010
It would use memory from the RAM rather than having it's own and wouldn't be suitable for 3D gaming.
Answer from simon: Answered on 09/07/2010
Intergrated graphics cards simply means that the graphics card does not carry its own memory, and so borrows memory from the main RAM in order to create complex images.

Dedicated graphis cards are only required for detailed photo and movie editing or playing high spec computer games
