If you wish to claim the VAT back you must collect the order in person where we are based in Huddersfield. You would need to bring your passport and proof of travel. Also note there is a £15.00 admin charge and can't offer this service for mail ordered (delivered orders).

Sorry doesn't say anywhere not even on HP's site all I can suggest is calling them on 0844 369 0369. It has a 6 cell battery and you should get at least 4 hrs battery life.

No, we sell off the shelf products but you could buy a Windows 7 Pro upgrade disk that has a XP Pro mode to get XP Pro. Pls see product "7KC-00003"
