It is 2 x 512MB, there are two memory ports each supporting up to 1GB of DDR2 memory running at 667MHz, so you would need to order at least 1GB of this memory, it is a simple slot in exercise.

The laptop does indeed have a dedicated Nvidia graphics card however this is connected to an Intel chipset.

This N100 does not come with a web camera however this other N100 does.
