SMART Audio is a classroom amplification system designed to improve the audibility of teacher and student voices. It gives teachers the freedom to move about the classroom and be clearly heard by every student. It also reduces vocal strain. The system distributes sound evenly throughout the room, so students at the back can hear as well as those sitting at the front.
SMART Audio uses infrared wireless technology, allowing teachers and students to move freely around the classroom as they deliver lessons or make presentations. Infrared technology offers high sound quality and reliability – cell phones and other wireless devices won’t interfere with the system. And because SMART Audio is dual channel, both the student and teacher microphones can be used at the same time
The lightweight teacher microphone is wireless and can be conveniently worn on a lanyard around your neck. The wireless student microphone is handheld, so it’s easy to share. Both microphones come with rechargeable batteries and wall-mounted chargers – once fully charged, they will last for the entire school day.
SMART Audio comes with a standard two-year warranty on all components except for the batteries, which have a 30-day warranty.
SMART Audio uses four speakers and an infrared sensor to distribute sound evenly throughout the classroom. This allows students sitting at the back of the room to hear your voice as clearly as those who sit at the front. The speakers can be installed in the ceiling or mounted on the wall with brackets.
Easily adjust volume and tone using control dials located on the receiver. The receiver processes and amplifies audio signals and transmits them to the speakers. It also includes an integrated infrared sensor, two auxiliary inputs, an auxiliary output and four speaker terminals.
SMART Audio comes with two infrared sensors. Choose to use either the integrated sensor on the receiver or the ceiling-mounted external sensor.
