The PLC-XC56 offers 3100 ANSI, XGA resolution with dual data inputs, separate monitor re-drive, as well as S-Video and Composite video inputs. With lamp replacement through the top cabinet and an integrated security bar, the PLC-XC56 has been designed for ceiling installation. The 7W internal speaker provides ample power for a classroom or small meeting room, and removes the requirement for a separate audio system. However, the key difference with the XC56 is their Low Maintenance characteristics. These units are equipped with Sanyo’s Auto Maintenance Filter (AMF) system, enabling the projectors to run for up to 3000 hours between filter changes. This feature virtually eliminates routine projector maintenance and can significantly reduce the Total Cost of Ownership for the end user.
