I have being trying to find out but not getting anywhere. The warranty is provided by Sony not use pls call them on 0870 240 2408. Sorry I can't be of more help and it's taken so long.

No, this does not cover accidental damage. It is however a collect and return warranty, the laptop will be collected at no extra cost.

I'd check with Sony as they sometimes give extended warrantioes away with there products but generally its a 12 month warranty.

Sorry, the manufacturers will only extend the warranty within the first 3-12 months. Anything after that and they won't be valid.

It is valid with that product, and is a collect and return warranty. The turnaround time varies a lot, we dont know what the average time would be.
