Question from Bryan: Asked on 08/04/2009 I enquired about buying this model yesterday in conjunction with the 3 year warranty deal. The cost of the warranty yesterday for laptops up to £1250 was only only £89.99 today it has increased to £139, why is this ?? (Anything to do with the Buy One Get one Free offer where you have to buy the warranty) I feel this rise is unfair as the BOGOF offer was displayed yesterday, is valid from 6/4/09 and you have in the mean while put the warranty price up during the offer. This under handedness is making me consider spending my £1100 elswhere. If the warrany was the original price I would have bought one by now instead of having to write this note. I will now not purchase until I hear from you. Presuming you do reply.
Question from Bryan: Asked on 08/04/2009 THE FW31ZJ ACCORDING TO THE SONY WEBSITE HAS A SCREEN RESOLUTION OF 1920 x 1080 NOT AS STATED IN YOUR DESCRIPTION. COULD YOU CONFIRM PLEASE.
