If you have a problem with your notebook and a telephone diagnosis indicates it’s hardware related, we will contact our Authorised Service Provider who will help you get up and running again. A technical courier will be despatched the next business day with a loan notebook and swap over the hard drives so you can keep working while your laptop is being repaired. If the hard drive is found to be faulty, we’ll fit a new one.
