Winner: Best TV Under 37in

‘Home Cinema’ awarded the Sharp LC32X20E the accolade of best TV under 37 inches, and when you see what it offers, it’s no surprise.

This TV utilises cutting edge technology to fantastic effect. The 1080p FullHD format and 1920 x 1080 resolution means you get crystal clear visuals whatever you’re watching. What’s more, interference and blur are kept to an absolute minimum by de-juddering picture enhancement technology.

This level of detail is fully exploited by the LC32X as its impressive 10000:1 contrast ratio and 450cd/m2 brightness allows you to see an unbelievable range of colours presented in amazing detail, creating a sense of realism that puts your old TV to shame.

You can hook up almost anything, from Blu Ray players, HD consoles or a camcorder with 3 HDMI sockets. So, you can even make your own movies look gorgeous, too, on this state of the art model.

On top of all this, there’s great audio too, the SRS Trusurround XT makes for crisp sound that beautifully complements the visuals. All this combined is what creates the wonderful all round entertainment experience that makes this TV so special.

To top it off, a slim and stylish black glossy design makes this TV a great addition to any home. So, if you want a top TV that stands out in its class, this is the one for you.

This is brand new from Sharp, comes with their standard 1 year warranty.. we can offer extensions to this, up to an additional 4 yrs, this would cost 109.97. please note this TV is at a special price we have only 19 sets left

Question from Mike.L: Asked on 16/09/2008 Hi Pre Sales!
Sounds too good to be true - 1080p for £450, just need to wait till christmas for my ps3 now!
Until then - couple of questions if you don't mind:
1) I plan on plugging in my laptop through the VGA port. I've tried this on a samsung 32 inch 720p with good results - will I be able to get a higher resolution (more desktop space effectively) because this tv is 1080p? Or would I need a 1080p HD laptop for that?
Q2) What's the difference between 1080i and 1080p?
Q3) Freeview - is that built in? Does that mean I just need to plug it in to my freeview arial?
Q4) Freesat - been looking into it. I'm guessing I'll have to buy a HD box and satellite? Do you know If I'll be able to use an existing Sky satellite?
Thanks in advance, Mike

Answer from Easycom: Answered on 19/09/2008
Q1, yes you can. Picture size will all depend on your graphics card. Q2, 1080i is interlaced, the TV scans alternate lines & fills in the rest, so only needs 540 lines to do that 1080p is progressive scan, every line needs scanning so needs 1080 lines on the tv. Q3,yes it is built in Q4, you can use your existing sky dish for freesat.. Panasonic have this built into some of their TVs

Question from mike: Asked on 15/09/2008 Sharps were offering a free 5years service cover . any chance of this being included in the sale?

Answer from Easycom: Answered on 16/09/2008
that was for a limeted period which has ended

Question from Neil: Asked on 09/09/2008 BARGAIN! I opted for this TV instead of the latest Samsung 32" due to previously having a Sharp and the value of it. Not disappointed at all! The specs were almost the same and the Sharp is over £100 cheaper. Well worth it, picture quality is fantastic and is very easy to set up. The only niggle i have with this is that the built in Freeview is quite slow to respond to commands and doesn't have a page up/down option on the EPG. But to have it built in the TV is a bonus for me I didn't have before so small price to pay! Well worth the money and the guys at Direct TV's are brilliant. I would definitely recommend this set if your looking for a 32" Full HD.

Question from Rodders: Asked on 08/09/2008 Will this Sharp full HD TV provide excellent pictures with Freesat upscalled 1080i SD content?

Answer from Easycom: Answered on 08/09/2008
yes it will

Any chance of a bundle deal on these for the order?

Thanks

David

Answer from Easycom: Answered on 08/09/2008
