Toshiba's website directs me to a different adapter with different voltages than the one I got with the laptop which worked well until I broke it. Also, the voltages written on the back off the laptop match the ones written on my current adapter and differ with the adapters I've researched, (see below).
The (broken) adapter's part number says on the back is it: PA3468E-1AC3. But both on here and on Toshiba's website and other places I have read it is not compatible with my laptop and yet, that is the one I have been using!?
Please help!

Best option is to go for a universal power supply as this will not only work with the laptop in question but also a wide variety of other models.
