Question from David B: Asked on 14/04/2008 We intend to replace an old Hitachi with this TV, however it will be contained in a TV cabinet with only a small clearance top and sides. Will I need to add an additional cooling fan - as used in PCs?

Answer from Easycom: Answered on 15/04/2008
Is it a closed cabinet, or is there a free flow of air in/out of the cabinet? As long as there is a good air circulation and the cabinet is not 'sealed', you will be OK.

Question from cmckeegan: Asked on 24/03/2008 Whats the difference between this and the KDL32P3020U model?

Question from Krish: Asked on 02/01/2008 Does this model support compurter output (double as computer screen) ? I would be interested in playing Dvix video from the computer. I find that Samsung LE32R87BDX and Philips 32PFL5522D support such output. I am unable to decide on this. Can you suggest the best one to go for ?

Answer from Easycom: Answered on 03/01/2008

Question from Godhatch: Asked on 13/12/2007 Hi there i was looking at three t.vs, this one, the Samsung LE32R87BDX and the Sony KDL-32S3000. can you tell me which you would prefer and why? also do they all have swivel bases?

Answer from Easycom: Answered on 18/12/2007
all similar spec but the Sonys are less liable to break down none of them swivel and, if I had a choice I'd go for the Philips 32PFL5522D or Sony KDL32D3000U looks better & better specs

Question from Tony: Asked on 30/11/2007 Hi, I am looking for a replacement for my Sony Trinitron 28inch CRT TV. The problem is that I don't want to take a backward step in terms of picture quality (my present set boasts 100Hz). I only really use a Sky digibox feed (Freeview and analog terrestrial are very poor in our area) and I'm wondering if this set is 'good enough' or if I need to consider Sony's KDL32D3000U or go down another route (maybe even waiting a while)? I watch general TV, virtually all via Sky, I'm not a football fan, rarely watch DVDs and use a seperate set for gaming.

Answer from Easycom: Answered on 06/12/2007
This television will be more than good enough for your requirements.

Question from ryan: Asked on 27/11/2007 Could you tell me which would be the best 32inch wallmountable tv for 500pounds or less for gaming(PS3) and watching tv?im getting a head ache reading all these specs and not having a clue what any of it means!!cheers

Answer from Easycom: Answered on 27/11/2007
Have a look at the Finlux 32FLD760 it has a contrast ration of 15000:1 and a brightness of 550cd/m2. It also has a response time of 8ms ideal for games.
If you are looking at a known branded television then the Sony KDL32S3020U or Samsung LE32R87BDX would offer a good solution.

If you want to know more about what specifications mean have a look at http://www.directtvs.co.uk/Glossary_Of_Terms/article.asp
