We do not have access to the units to describe the exact damage to each laptop. All laptops are graded from A1-A5.
A1 - perfect condition
A2 - slight scratch or Scuff mark on outer casing
A3 - Slightly worse a chip or crack
A4 - Progressively worse
A5 - Spare Parts
