This On-site Repair Next Business Day Service is a hardware repair service only. It includes a telephone diagnosis to determine the failure on your Toshiba hardware. Should a repair be necessary, Toshiba will send a Toshiba Certified Engineer to your location usually by end of next business day subject to parts availability.
- Period: Valid for 3 years starting from the purchase date of your Toshiba product
- Compatibility: Compatible with Toshiba Laptops which have a standard 1 Year warranty
- Service can be purchased within 30 days of the procurement of your Toshiba product
- Country Coverage: United Kingdom
- Only available in the country where it was purchased
- Next business day response is available in the UK mainland, with the UK highlands being second business day service
- Activation: The service needs to be activated within 28 days following procurement.
- Availability: Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. local time, excluding public holidays
