Netbooks wouldn't have a 15" screen, DVD drive, 3Gb of RAM or a i3 processor.

It is a Core i3-380M (2.53GHz) we have sold loads not had one complaint regarding the processor . You must of been look at another model in the RV511 range.

It would run Sim's laptop with i3 processor have 3D graphics capabilities. Would struggle to run anything more advance though with the graphics being jerky.

The sound on laptops will never be fantastic as it all about saving battery life, wieght and space. This laptop should be better than most around this price range, as you can see it has 3D sound unlike other laptops that will have normal stereo or mono in the case of some of the Acer's.

If you want better sound the best option is to connect it to a hi-fi system or buy exsternal speakers.

Can be upgraded up to 8GB of RAM. We can upgrade it to 4GB for £35.00, £70 for 6GB or £120 for 8GB.

The laptop will be be suitable for the activities you state above and is not a bad choice. Samsung have decent screens, are decent value and well made.

This model would struggle badly to run this game . I would strongly suggest going with the NP-RV511-S01UK instead. I appreciate that it is £100 more than you may be willing to spend ,however you are getting twice the amount of Ram on this model and you are also getting twice the hardrive space.
