Question from PC-Nerd.: Asked on 10/04/2008 Can you put the latest msn on it and does it have web cam?

Answer from Easycom: Answered on 10/04/2008
No, and no. The 2GB EEE PC does not have a webcam - Only the 4GB model does. You can not install MSN on the EEE PCs as they run Linux and not Windows, but you can install a linux chat client that uses the MSN protocol - such as Pidgin IM.

Question from jo1983: Asked on 01/04/2008 If I dont have a phone line (an not looking at getting one either). Could you please give me options on how to connect to the internet i will be traveling with my ASUS so whats the cheapest and best option.
Thanks

Answer from Easycom: Answered on 01/04/2008
You can get 3G/HSDPA USB dongles from most mobile phone providers which gives you high-speed internet access wherever you have a signal. The problem here is that these dongles only currently support Windows and MAC operating systems - and this EEE PC uses Linux. An alternative is to use a subscription wireless network from BT which covers most populated areas of the UK, such as town centres and public places. Search the internet for 'BT Openzone' or 'The Cloud Wireless'.
