No damage, a1 is like new. Its probally been an unwanted laptop or been in a showroom. Its works fine we just can't call it new.

Yes you would be able to download on this laptop although it is not suitable for gaming

Online games this would be fine. But anything which is 3D based i.e simms this wouldn't run as they require dedicated graphics cards. Downloads are fine on any system.

This laptop only comes supplied with Windows Vista Home Premium, this unfortunatley cannot be downgraded to XP
