I've looked at the minimum system requirements of Sims 3 and this PC should have no trouble running it. A grade 'A2' will have 'minor cosmetic damage', we don't know exactly what the cosmetic damage will be (we buy them from the manufacturer as advertised). Typically, there will be a scratch or scuff marks on the computer.
