1. Buy: Buy a qualifying Samsung Galaxy Smartphone between 20 August 2025 - 2 October 2025 to be eligible to claim a Samsung reward.
2. Claim: Submit your claim within 30 days of the purchase date.
3. Wait: Samsung will let you know within 5 working days whether your claim has been approved. You can check its progress anytime by using Track My Claim.
4. Reward: Once your claim has been approved, Samsung will send your reward directly to the address details provided on your Claim Form within 45 days and let you know once this has been sent.
