The laptops are sent from suppliers shelves to yourself. We offer the inspection service to check for dead pixels, update and load software on the laptop. As this is not done by the manufacturer. Dead pixels are not covered under any manufacturers warranty as a fault.

The PDI is optional, the laptop you purchase will obviously be in perfect working order! We offer the service so the machine can arrive completely set up for the customer! All software would be loaded, critical updates would be done, the laptop will be registered with the manufactuer and the screen will be checked for dead and missing pixels! So in summary is it not essential but very useful!

The operating system is pre loaded by the manufacturer, we cannot supply a laptop without an operating system.

The graphics processor is integrated into the motherboard chipset, and uses shared memory, so it is not a dedicated card.

The laptop does not come with any part of the Office suite preinstalled, however if you purchase a laptop you can take advantage of the OEM licensing and save some money.

it does have wireless but no dedicated graphics card so we wouldnt recommend it for modern games.
