These laptops are brand new and come with a years manufactures warranty, this can be upgrade to three years if required. As for use the notebook is suitable for school work and surfing the web.

We wouldnt recommend it for playing games as it has shared graphics, which means it takes the memory it needs from the main RAM, rather than having its own.
