It is a complicated set of steps, the easiest way to do this is open the windows help, find recovery disk, print this information out as you will be rebooting and all should be fine. With hindsight people wish they had just bought one with the machines. I hope this helps.

No, it will play WOW but on low settings. You'll need to spend over a grand on a gaming laptop to get a decent 30fps rate on anything medium or above.

We can provide a recovery disc although you'll need to call our sales team to get one for that particular model. You can also make a recovery disc yourself although this will include any info you have on the computer at the moment.

Yes although as with most laptops, it won't play games like Crysis and COD4 on top spec. Its only desktops that can really handle the latest games at top settings.
