It doesnt work the same way on computers as it does with a TV. Upscaling is just outputting in the same resolution as the display rather than making the display adapt to it which could make it fuzzy. Computers do this automatically via the media player software when you click "full screen", whether youre using the laptop screen or outputting to a TV.
