Yes no problem, the screen is measured diagonally.

Yes as the size is diagonal. If you look at the dimensions of your Acer model it should fit.

It will fit the laptop but is meant for a larger laptop so will be a bit saggy. I'd have a look at the sleeves for 15" laptops.

Yes although it maybe a little baggy as the acer is 15inch laptop whereas the sleeve is for 17" laptops.

I would say no for that product. A 17" bag maybe able to fit a 18 inch laptop in at a squeeze but as thats a sleeve, there will be no give.
