3. AGREEMENT OF RULES: Making an entry into the promotion constitutes the entrant’s acceptance of, and agreement to, these rules. The promoter’s decision is final.

9. RETURNS: In any cases where the customer wishes the return their goods for a refund, including for faulty or damaged goods, the gift card will be cancelled. If the gift card has been used, the retail price of the gift card (£20) will be deducted from the refund for the returned goods.
