Footage is loop recorded, in your choice of 3, 5 or 10 minute intervals, and saved to a micro SD card which isn't included with the dash cam but can be purchased from us separately.

Thank you for your question. The primary power source for all of our dash cams is an in car light adapter which is provided with all of our dash cam products. They also have a small internal battery that can be charged when plugged into your car or when plugged into your computer via micro USB. I hope this helps
