Take away the headache of setting up your DVR with our Professional Remote DVR set up service!
Having your DVR set up properly will maximise its potential and allow you to view live and recorded footage anywhere there is an internet connection present, and also view live footage from your IPhone or Smartphone!
It will also ensure that you capture the best footage possible while getting the longest recording time out of your hard drive.
The service will normally take around 45 mins and we will set up the following as required:
- Network Set Up
- Remote Viewing from a web browser
- Iphone or Smartphone Viewing
- Motion Detection
- Frame Rate, Quality and Resolution
- Continuous Recording
To be able to carry out this service we will require your DVR to be connected through an Ethernet cable to a router or access point and a broadband connection to be present. We will access your DVR through a PC or Laptop on your network.
We can also help you perform a Hardware reset if you have forgotten your password or locked yourself out of your DVR. Please note: To perform a hardware reset we may require you to remove the outer cage of the DVR and to short some jumpers inside or enter a key sequence. One of our technicians will talk you through the procedure. This wont effect your warranty.
Please Note: If you reset your router you will loose the settings for Remote Viewing that we have input.
We can only offer the DVR set up service on models we have sold. This service is for a single set up on one DVR only and doesn't form the basis of an ongoing support contract.
