Question from andy: Asked on 05/12/2010 can you tell me how many hours are on the bulb of the item: a1/ey.k0701.013 ...also has this product been used or is it ex demo?
This is not ex-demo/ display model it was returned by a customer as unwanted. It's just boxed opened (which we have re-sealed) so there is no such damage to the product.
