Question from vonnie: Asked on 10/06/2010 This is my first laptop, ive got a computer the now. Could you please tell me which one you feel would be a good starter and to keep for few years?

Answer from simon: Answered on 16/06/2010
Asus generly are a good solid laptop most of the parts in Sony laptops are made by them, as you would be aware Sony laptops would cost dramitcally more. The spec of the laptop is very good for the money it will be fine for bassicaly anything just not for gaming. It has a dual core processor which is a lot better than a Celeron. Basicaly it is a good laptop for a £250 budget and should last you a good few years. Hope this helps!
