GRADE A1 - As New!
If you dont have a huge amount of money to spend but want a laptop thats big enough to work on and powerful enough for even the most demanding applications, then the Asus X53SR should fit the bill more than adequately.
The X53SR may be a low-cost laptop, but its certainly not underpowered. Its 1.66GHz Intel Core 2 Duo processor and 2GB of RAM has been proven to beat some of the higher end models out there for speed and reliability.
A HD Drive has been included and although the race for HD perfection has been won by Blu-ray, there are still plenty of HD movies available for a fraction of the cost of Sonys medium.
A 15.4" screen is on hand to keep images crystal clear and the ATI Mobility Radeon HD X2400 scored some impressive 3DMark06 scores, meaning this is a decent gaming laptop as well!
So the X53 is not the most feature packed machine in the world, but for the money, if you need a hard worker with some graphical finesse, the X53SR is definitely the notebook for you.
