Yes, but you'll need an external drive to install them by disk - this is a netbook so it doesn't come with an optical drive.

Its a box opened return that has been checked by Samsung and then sold on as a refurbished unit to us. Because its not a new unit, the twelve month warranty from Samsung doesn't stand but to compensate for this, we are giving a three month warranty with our selves.

No, its a netbook and they don't come with built in dvd drives. You can buy an external drive and hook it via usb though and that'll do the same job.
