Does this product come with a fresh installation of the OS or has it been restored to factory default using system restore?
As it is a Grade A1 refurbishment, would visible signs of use be adequate justification to return the product?
Has the physical memory (RAM) been tested?
Have the products been used as demo models?

Question from Nina: Asked on 06/07/2010 The second paragraph of the Product Summary (GRADE A1 - Toshiba Satellite L300-1FS Laptop - A1/PSLB8E-06M007EN) states that this product has 1GB of RAM and a 120GB Hard Drive. Later these values are listed as 2GB and 160GB respectively. Which numbers are correct?
