You can but it would be a mistake, as this laptop probably only has just about enough power to run WIn 7 so would be exstremly slow.

Question from Ravi: Asked on 13/07/2010 A1/EEEPC904HD-BK003X is mentioned for £124.97 and A2/EEEPC904HD-BK003X is mentioned for £139.97. I see all tech specs as same. A1 should be costlier than A2. But here A2 is costlier than A1, any reason?

The a2 should be cheaper than the same laptop as a1, so I have emailed the web team to look into.

Sorry, the tech is downloaded from the new item which does come with a free protective slip case, the refurbs don't unfortunately.

You'll need to buy an external dvd drive or transfer the program via usb. It come with a few in house programs but nothing substantial.

No, its a netbook and as such doesn't have a dvd drive to keep the weight and size down. You can buy an external drive which will plug in via usb though.

It means minor scratches to the body. Sometimes these are so faint that you'll struggle to find them. A3 is where the beat up machines start to come in.
