It shouldnt do, but it would always be advisable to remove the upgraded RAM first if you ever had to send it back.

Hi, the issue really is with Acer. So, if you call them and explain your situation they will tell you whether this is allowed.

Since you have had the laptop less than a year you have a decent chance. So, if they say yes we will be happy to provide you with a warranty but if not you would just be wasting your money.

Yes, although the warranty is with Acer and you'll need to register it with them, it doesnt matter where you bought the laptop from.
