Unfortunately you will need to contact an Acer suppler in the USA. Sorry the problem is this could invalidate warranties or even worse damage the machine. I do know that Acer have a universal adapter which is designed for the Amarican Market, but we are not in a position to supply this.

If the notebook works off a 19V power adapter, then yes. I'm not sure if the 3692 does but if you give acre a call they'll be able to help.
